Ann talked about going Potaroo spotting with her 4 year old grandson.

She also took the opportunity to ask members to help find new groups to cater for us as several have dropped out.

Megan, who was catering for us tonight, wanted to thank Rotary for providing opportunities which have led to her starting her Midwifery course as a mature age student.

TREASURER—Russell

Russell had circulated spreadsheets outlining money spent, money committed and money available for disbursements and opened dis-cussion to the floor. Suggestions and comments will be taken back to the Board meeting next Tuesday.

TRIVIA NIGHT—Glenda

7 tables have been booked and some have spaces available. Approximately 60 people have booked.

Glenda reminded members that she is looking for gourmet items to add to hampers which are prizes on the night.

ANNUAL REPORT—Glenda

This will be sent to the printers in a couple of weeks. 50 hard copies will be printed and contain 12 pages.

DIRECTORS’ REPORTS.

Terry Hubbard reported that the concrete boxing at the Pioneer reserve has been done and a meeting of stakeholders will take place soon with Darren Gilbert to decide on the positioning of each sculpture.
